Bull Prism — Privacy Policy

Bull Prism ("Bull Prism", "we") operates bullprism.com and https://app.bullprism.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. Contact: contact@bullprism.com.

• Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, plan status.
• Content data: strategy descriptions, strategy configurations, backtest parameters and results linked to your account.
• Usage data: features used, backtests run, pages viewed, device and browser information, IP address, and log data.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

• To provide and operate the Service (run backtests, save history, share links you create).
• To parse plain-English strategies: text you submit for parsing is sent to a third-party AI provider solely to convert it into structured strategy rules. We do not use your strategy content to train AI models.
• To improve the product using anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., which indicators are most used). Aggregated statistics do not identify you or reveal your individual strategies.
• To communicate service messages (billing, security, major changes) and, with your consent where required, product updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Performance of contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing emails), and legal obligation.

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf: hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication, payment processing, AI parsing, and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

If you create a share link, the snapshot (strategy parameters and results) is accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share links you wish to keep private. Your email and identity are not displayed on shared snapshots.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are used only with consent.

Account and content data are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal, billing, or security purposes. Anonymized aggregated statistics may be retained indefinitely. Shared snapshots you created may persist to keep links functional unless you delete them before account deletion.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; notify us at contact@bullprism.com of any suspected breach.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact contact@bullprism.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.
