Bull Prism — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Bull Prism ("Bull Prism", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Bull Prism website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bull Prism is an educational and research software tool that runs historical simulations ("backtests") of user-defined trading strategies against historical market data, and displays technical indicator values. The Service is NOT: (a) investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; (b) a broker, dealer, exchange, or custodian; (c) a trading bot or order-execution service; (d) a signal or recommendation service. We do not recommend, endorse, or advise on any security, digital asset, strategy, or transaction. No fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship is created by your use of the Service.

All backtest results are hypothetical. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and does not represent actual trading. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown. Differences between simulated and real results can be material, including due to fees, slippage, liquidity, market impact, and changing market conditions.

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You agree that you will not treat any output of the Service as a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally capable of entering this agreement. You may not use the Service where such use is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the Service; resell or redistribute the Service or its data; circumvent usage quotas or access controls; use the Service to operate a competing service; upload unlawful content; or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may throttle or suspend accounts engaging in abuse.

You retain ownership of strategy descriptions and configurations you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We may generate and use anonymized, aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

If you create a share link, the linked backtest snapshot becomes viewable by anyone with the link. Snapshots are immutable copies of a single simulation run. You are responsible for what you share and to whom. Shared snapshots are subject to the same disclaimers as the Service.

Market data is sourced from third parties (including exchange market data). Strategy text you submit for natural-language parsing is processed by a third-party AI provider. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not warrant that market data is accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Bull Prism and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business research purposes.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 4, 8, and 11-17 survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS, DATA, OR CALCULATIONS ARE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULL PRISM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Bull Prism from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes to the Terms we will give notice (e.g., by email or in-app) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
